I, Attorney Antonio "Tony" J. Perez-Benitoa, leverage more than 20 years of legal experience to offer detailed family law support to clients throughout the Naples, Florida, area. As a lawyer, I believe it is my duty to provide honest and personalized representation that you can use to guide your family through a trying time in your lives while you search for the closure you need to move on.
As a Florida Bar Board Certified Marital & Family Law Attorney, I have represented clients in many different family law matters. In addition, I have served as a magistrate during numerous civil proceedings. This experience on the opposite side of the bench has given me insight into the expectations of judges and how these expectations can influence your family law proceedings. This knowledge, combined with my extensive negotiation and litigation skills, allows me to help you find resolutions to even the most complicated and emotionally charged family law matters.
As a long time Naples resident, I remain active in our community serving as a high school soccer and football coach while being active with various associations and organizations, including:
